The agents then promote all the properties on their websites; this is why you will see the same properties with different agents. The websites are then updated every night directly from the multi-listing system.
How will this help you?
When you make an enquiry with us we register your details into our client database which allows us to set up a bespoke profile for you, this profile will act as a personalised property search that covers every agent and every property.
This is an automated service that is so simple to set up and will save you hours trawling through thousands of properties on the internet. The system is live and instant so the moment there is an update you will receive it.
Once we have completed your profile you will be sent all current matches by email that meet your requirements. After this point you will be alerted by email either when a new property is listed or an existing one is reduced to a price within your budget and matches your specifications.
Good properties at good prices move very quickly so this way you can be the first to know when the perfect property becomes available.
What do we need to know?
Why set a minimum budget? The system covers everything from garage spaces to mansions so you want the search to be quite specific, there is no point sending you things that are not what you are looking for.
Please note that when setting yourself a budget you should allow for an additional 11% of the purchase price to cover local taxes, legal and notary fees etc. For example if you set your maximum budget for a property at 100,000€ you will need to allow for an additional 11,000€ to complete the purchase. You should also be aware that vendors are usually open to offers so there is no harm in increasing your budget slightly to allow for this (10% would be a good rule of thumb).
